All product pricing and order billing across arthurrusso.shop are denominated exclusively in United States Dollar (USD). Authorized payment channels include mainstream US credit cards, debit cards and verified third-party domestic US payment processors displayed on checkout page. We do not accept cash-on-delivery or offline bank wire transfer unless special pre-agreed with customer support team.

Electronic Billing Receipt Issuance

An official digital purchase invoice containing order ID, item list, unit price, tax amount and total charged value will be automatically sent to the buyer’s registered email address instantly after successful payment verification and order confirmation. Customers can request duplicate receipt via support mailbox anytime within 12 months post purchase.

Product Price Modification Clause

Listed retail prices on website may be periodically revised without prior advance notification due to fluctuating raw material cost, logistics market adjustment or seasonal promotional arrangement; all fully completed and paid orders shall follow the pricing locked at checkout and never be subjected to subsequent supplementary billing or price difference deduction.

Payment Pre-Authorization Regulation

Card issuing financial institutions may place temporary pending fund pre-authorization on customer’s payment account prior to official order shipment for transaction security purpose; such pending hold will be fully lifted or formally deducted after our warehouse completes parcel dispatch following standard bank processing cycles.

Unauthorized Charge Dispute Handling

Customers noticing unfamiliar or unauthorized billing transactions linked to our store must submit a formal dispute request with transaction screenshot and relevant bank record to support@arthurrusso.shop within 15 calendar days after the charge posts on bank statements. Our finance team will cooperate closely with payment gateway operators and banking institutions to investigate and resolve eligible chargeback applications per relevant US financial regulations. Applicable administrative fees arising from invalid malicious chargeback will be charged back to the initiating customer account.
