Shipping policy

We deliver orders to all continental United States territories via contracted reputable US domestic logistics carriers; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US overseas territories may incur additional regional surcharges and extended delivery lead time displayed separately at checkout. International cross-border shipment is not currently available on arthurrusso.shop.

Successfully paid orders undergo internal sorting, quality recheck and packaging arrangement within 1 to 3 standard business days; processing is suspended during weekends and nationwide US legal holidays, and will resume on the following available working day. Pre-order items follow customized dispatch dates specified on respective product description pages.

Standard ground shipping requires 5–10 business days for delivery after warehouse handover to logistics providers. Expedited express delivery option is offered as a paid add-on at checkout with shortened transit duration specified before payment confirmation.

Arthur Russo assumes no financial liability for delivery postponements or lost parcels resulting from force majeure incidents including extreme natural weather disasters, nationwide carrier service suspension, customs emergency inspection, public health restrictions or unexpected regional traffic shutdowns enforced by government authorities.

Purchasers are obligated to submit complete and accurate recipient name, street address, zip code and valid contact phone number at checkout. Additional reshipping fees and logistics costs generated from wrong input address, incomplete recipient info or failed first delivery pickup due to customer negligence shall be fully paid by the buyer.
