Return and Refund Policy

All valid return or full/partial refund applications must be submitted via official support email within 30 calendar days counted from the confirmed delivery date tracked on the carrier’s logistics system. Any request exceeding the 30-day statutory window will be automatically rejected unless the item has confirmed hidden manufacturing defects undiscoverable upon initial inspection.

Returned merchandise must remain unused, unwashed, free of scratches, stains, cracks or artificial damage caused by improper personal operation, and accompanied with complete original factory packaging, accessory parts and product labels attached. Items damaged from customer’s improper storage, accidental dropping, wrong cleaning method or personal modification do not qualify for free return or refund service.

Once our receiving warehouse completes incoming product inspection and confirms return compliance, approved fund reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 5 to 7 official banking business days; actual arrival time of funds is subject to the settlement rules of respective card issuers and payment service providers. For factory defective items verified by our QC team, customers can choose between full product refund or complimentary replacement shipment at no extra cost.

If returns are triggered by our liability including manufacturing defects, wrong item delivery or shipping damage during transit, Arthur Russo shall fully cover all outbound and return shipping expenses. For voluntary customer-initiated non-defective returns with no quality issues, all return delivery fees, customs and carrier surcharges shall be solely borne by the purchaser and deducted from the final refund amount accordingly.

All goods clearly marked Final Sale, Clearance Discount or Promotional Limited Batch on product listing pages are permanently non-refundable and non-returnable, except proven inherent factory production flaws verified with supporting visual evidence from customers.
